RV travel

Post by oblio » Fri Mar 23, 2018 12:35 pm

I'm thinking of buying a small RV to putter about in this summer. Motel costs add up quickly and last year we discovered that "Pet Friendly" really means another damn $10 - $20 a night. Thinking of a propane powered one or maybe even dual fuel. There's just two of us and our little Pom, don't need anything big and we're still thinking 'camping' not hauling a formal dining room and full bathroom everywhere. Can always check into a motel now and then for a real shower.
Am I thinking sane? Or should I listen to the wife and blow all the money on flowers and a kitchen remodel? Retired and dying to get out of the house on a budget!
